We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team. This role involves cleaning and sanitation of dishes and equipment, as well as assisting the production staff in manufacturing product and maintaining the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in manufacturing or kitchen environments.

Duties
• Operate and monitor cleaning equipment and sanitation areas
• Assist kitchen and manufacturing staff with small tasks in production.
• Collaborate with both Front of House and Back of house to ensure the timely cleaning of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on equipment to ensure they are maintained correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical skills to assemble components accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals and improve workflow processes.
• Support warehouse functions such as loading, unloading, and moving materials using forklifts or manual handling techniques.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during production activities.
