To purchase our products at wholesale rate, you need to create a wholesale account with us. In order to do this, please send an email to orders@kamwaidimsum.com with a brief description of your company and what you are looking for, and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
We do make custom dumplings! For more information please email orders@kamwaidimsum.com with a brief description of what kind of customization you are looking for.
Yes! We deliver within Vancouver and the Lower Mainland on scheduled days for orders exceeding $300 dollars. Deliveries are subject to a small delivery fee for those who lie outside our regular delivery radius.

Yes! We offer a standard 15% discount price off our regular price for customers with a wholesale account in good standing. Further discounts may be applied for large orders.
Yes, definitely! We offer our retail-packaged product for sale to vendors meant to be resold in your establishments. Any of our retail products can be purchased at a discounted rate for you to sell in your shop or supermarket.
In order to receive wholesale pricing, we require orders $300 or more in total product. We do not have minimum order quantity requirements for wholesale products; as long as $300 total product is met, customers are free to order as much as is appropriate for their needs.
We require a lead-time of at least 3 business days on all wholesale orders. Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Any changes or exceptions to this will be held at our discretion.
We offer a limited number of some of our seasonal products at wholesale quantities and rates during the promotional period for those products. For the current prices and product listing for seasonal offerings, or to inquire about availability, please email us at orders@kamwaidimsum.com.
